Kevin Swink (Director of Dining Services)

Kevin had the pleasure of joining Grace Park in January 2007. Since then our dining experience has not been the same. He and his team work hard each day preparing 3 appetizing and nutritious meals for our residents. These delicious meals are then served in our beautiful dining room where our residents receive restaurant-style service, all under Kevin’s direction. He and his team come with several Serv-Safe certifications and he has maintained a perfect Regulatory Compliance Record with the Department of Human Services.

Kevin has also opened his kitchen to George and Tammy Loudon's son, George who has special needs. He and his staff continue to work to find the right job and provide job training for George. Kevin has also linked with the Stroudsburg school district and has since hired two additional special needs employees.

Kevin came to Grace Park with many years’ experience in the resort and restaurant industry. Before coming to us, Kevin worked at Blair Academy for 15 years as their Executive Chef.

In Kevin’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, and riding his Harley.
