For those who understand the importance of exercise, our Multi-Purpose Room is used for daily exercise class, offered at two impact levels. Our Culinary Experience begins with selecting the finest and freshest ingredients, Chef Kevin, and his staff prepare meals to perfection and serve them in our beautiful dining room in the most delightful way. Save room for desert, Pat our Pastry Chef has you covered.

The heart of the life style happens within our Arts and Entertainment Department. Director Karen has created “Energy for Body, Mind, and Soul” to challenge the our most active resident. From sip&paint, crafting, trivia and dance class. Local community excursions, on our 15 passenger bus and our London Taxi ,everyone loves the Mount Airy Casino Resort trips.

The Loudon’s have been residents of Monroe County for over 34 years, have raised their children here, and wish to provide their community’s seniors with a warm, comfortable, elegant, and caring residence. They are dedicated to preserving the dignity of their seniors by encouraging independence and individuality. Their goal is to help your family help you live independently while maintaining a good quality of life in a safe and caring environment.

GRACE PARK POLICY AND PROCEDURE

SUBJECT: Visitation Plan COVID-19

POLICY: Starting 7/27/2020 Grace Park will enact the following visitation guidelines; Grace Park will be in adherence to all CDC, PA Department of Health, and Department of Human Services' guidelines surrounding visitation for the safety of residents, family/friends and staff.

PROCEDURE:

  1. Visitation will be heir on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, 9 am thru 11 am, in 25-minute increments per resident; not including holidays.
  2. Reservations will need to be made via phone with the Concierge or Director of Community Relations and families/friends will be assigned available time slots.
  3. Visitors should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled time slot.
  4. All visitors will be required to fill out the COVID-19 screening sheet, have their temperature checked, sanitize their hands, and sign off that they will adhere to all visitation guidelines.
  5. Any visitor that present with any symptoms will not be able to visit.
  6. Any visitors who do not adhere to these guidelines will be asked to leave immediately.
  7. There will be 2 separate visitation stations; outside areas with pop up tents located outside the sun porch and in the courtyard weather permitting. In the event there is in clef ent weather visitation stations will be located in the ( 1) Dining Room and (2) Main Street.
  8. There will be a limit of 2 visitors per time slot.
  9. Masks must be worn by all parties, at all times.
  10. Visitors will NOT be allowed to have any physical contact including but not limited to hugging, touching, kissing, etc.
  11. Seating will be 6 feet or more apart.
  12. Between each visitation, all areas will be sanitized.
  13. A staff member will be present at all times during visitation hours to monitor guidelines are being followed and areas are sanitized between visits.
  14. This is strictly for visitation ONLY no eating, sharing, or dropping off items.
